Wow...I am just...floored by the feeling of profound imagery in this story. Disturbing, beautiful,...sad. It has the sense of a dreaming conversation that overlaps with a real life understanding of someone in a situation you can never help them out of.
I'm not sure if it conveys a positive message that the Harmless workshop was calling for, but it does convey something powerful and provocative, if only because it reveals some truth to the thought processes behind what self harm really means.
Very wonderful work. I hope you do not mind, but this has really spurred some imagery in me. I might have to do a painting inspired by it, if that wouldn't be too invasive.
