There was a house of many doors, in which each of the doors led to some other rooms.
He lived in that house. He was born there and had been there ever since. Alone.
There was no door to outside. There were no windows.
After 25 years of his life inside the house, he met her.
How did you come inside? he asked.
I live here, she answered.
I live here too, but I dont remember seeing you here before.
Thats because we have never been in the same room at the same time.
Is that possible?
Yes. In my childhood I remember meeting another man who claimed he was my father.
You mean to say there is another man in this house.
There are innumerable people in this house.
Then, how come we never meet each other?
Because the number of rooms is also innumerable and their combination is infinite.
Does that mean wed never meet again? he asked.
He felt he had fallen in love.
He felt she was the most beautiful woman in this world, even though she was the only one he had met.
Theres very little chance of that to occur. She answered
But couldnt we do something about it?
Let me think.
She thought.
Theres one thing we can do, she said at last.
We can number each of the rooms in ascending order as we go, so that we might trace our way back in descending order.
So they went by, numbering each of the rooms in which they went.
When they felt like meeting they traced their way back.
One day, he realized that other people in the house were also using the same ploy.
When he was walking ahead in new rooms, that day, he reached a room in which he found the number 1261 written. His number for the room was 2116.
First, he thought of writing his own number on another wall.
Then, he realized the confusion that it might create.
Then, he thought what his options were.
Then, he wondered if he should consider not writing his own number.
Because a single room should have only one number.
Then, he realized it would mean sacrificing his love forever.
Then, he questioned himself if it was worth sacrificing his own love for a person he had never met.
Lastly, he decided to erase the already present number and write his own in its place.
Thats what he did.
She never came back to meet him ever again.

A strange thing, fate. Something I've thought much on, actually. Someday, I'll have to give you my ideas

Here we go... ( Before I begin, if you are religious, you will accept my description. If you are not, my beliefs can be substituted with ideas. )
As [a] Christain[s], I/we believe in God. We believe in something called The Trinity--three uniform connections to Our God. God The Creator, God in Man, and God in Spirit.
Through this, and through The Bible, we come to find that we are all connected to God, that we are all spiritually linked to our father.
If one looks at this through a networking perspective, one comes to the simple and logical analogy that God can represent a Router, Hub, or Switch--something that all hosts and nodes connect to, and in so being connected to this, are connected to each other. We're all connected to God. Therefor, we are all connected to each other. And, with the trinity, we are also connected to every little bit of this Universe--more importantly, our own Earth.
Now, that in itself opens up so many realms of possabilites that I'm sure you've got a snowball tumbling in your mind ( given the assumption that you already havn't had these ideas. I could just be spewing hot air that nobody cares about or everyone's heard about. Hopefully not. )
If you've studied certain things such as Astral Dynamics and ESP, you realize how powerful our Mind is. ( The average Human uses, what, a whole ten percent of there mind? ) And, if you are indeed religous or atleast hold the idea that the Human Soul is something real--whether it be the fabric of our God, or the fabric of the Universe created through mental enlightenment--you also realize that the soul's power is parallel to that of the mind. It is as powerful, if not more, and is what makes us, us
With all this, you can look at the big picture, the topology persay, and come to a realization; more so, a question--What if our soul and mind, being so powerful, were able to see all this? We're connected to God. We're connected to each other, and the planet. Can our soul and mind, subconciously ( mind you ), see all this? Can they read what is best for us, what it is we want and need, judge what is best using our own systems of religion, or in some twisted sort of fashion the aid of God, and create or pathe some sort of fate for us? Can they indeed look at what is needed to become friends with someone and in essence lead to it's making?
Before you deny this, consider a simple fact: We've all met someone we shouldn't have. We've all accepted Walt Disney's saying, "It's a small world after all." We've all seen the power of this "Small World" and how it brings people together. The meetings that become special friendships and eventually love. The finding someone completely random you never thought you would again. The finding out that your related to the random person your talking to, or the finding out that you have similar everything.
One can argue this with simple coincidence, but consider the probability? 1 in six billion. Good game
That is just one simple explenation of fate. The branching of this idea is almost endless.
For example, look at ESP and Psionic abilities. You find that, if you look at the power of your soul and mind, and if you make time parallell to the links that connect us all to each other, the world ( and universe ), and God, everything that we've been trying to prove in these fields falls together.
You find that many things in The Bible can be described.
You can even begin to see how The Maian's and Egyptions did what they did.
If they truely dwell on this...everything leads to it. Everything. One, simple undertaking--whether conciously or subconciously, starts a huge chain of cause and effect that in essence is planned, deliberate, and done at ease--you created it yourself. Yourself.
I don't mean to say we don't have free will--we most definetly do. We still have choice. Everything is choice. It is these choices that the connections use to do what they must. It is our choice as to whether we want to do things with the results of these connections.
Well, I think that's enough for now...
Sorry if you hated it.
Peace~
